Meditation for the Busy Professional - 3-Class Series

Have you heard that meditation is good for you, but you don’t know where to start? Have you tried meditation, but your mind is too busy? Do you want to restart or deepen your meditation practice?

Come join us for a 3-class series to learn the fundamentals of meditation for greater wellbeing, resilience and performance. In this series, you'll learn an approachable version of meditation, the science behind meditation, and easy meditation exercises that won't add a second to your day.

Fridays @ 12:30pm ET - October 4, 11, and 18

Though all are welcome, this class is specifically tailored for the busy professional.

This series is offered by executive coach Nicole Kim Bailey. As a former (stressed out) private equity investor at The Carlyle Group, she has personally experienced the transformative power of meditation and is passionate about sharing the gifts of meditation with her communities.

Nicole has trained as a meditation teacher with UC Berkeley and Brown University. She earned her MBA from Stanford, where she also studied meditation.
