Have you heard that mindfulness will ease your stress and anxiety, but you don’t know where to start? Have you tried mindfulness or meditation, but your mind is too busy - and you can’t make time for it anyways? Do you want to restart your practice in a quick and easy way?
Come join us for a 3-class series to learn the fundamentals of mindfulness for greater wellbeing, resilience and performance. In this series, you'll learn an approachable version of meditation, the science behind mindfulness, and mini-exercises that take 0-5 minutes.
All are welcome - from beginners to experienced mindfulness practitioners.
This series is offered by executive coach Nicole Kim Bailey. As a former (stressed out) private equity investor at The Carlyle Group, she has personally experienced the transformative power of mindfulness and is passionate about sharing its gifts.
Nicole has trained as a meditation teacher with UC Berkeley and Brown University. She earned her MBA from Stanford, where she also studied meditation.
